We've got you covered.
Whether you are treating an ailment or taking a proactive approach to your physical health goals, Citadel is a hybridized clinic: physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, bracing and orthotics in one place, with fitness space on site so movement can be analyzed and coached rather than guessed at.
We take a three stage approach.
Assess, treat, then protect. Our services are built to alleviate pain and injury and then keep it from coming back, whatever brought you in.
Hands-on treatment
Physiotherapy
Rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries using an active, exercise based approach. Your physiotherapist assesses and diagnoses first, then builds a plan around your injury using manual therapy, mobilization and manipulation, electrical modalities and injury specific education.
Chiropractic
Chiropractic focuses on the relationship between the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and how that relationship affects the way you move and feel.
Massage therapy
Prevention of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissue and joints by manipulation, whether it is part of a rehabilitation plan or a treatment on its own.
Targeted therapy
Acupuncture and dry needling
The utilization of very small needles to interact with and manipulate soft tissue, used alongside hands on treatment where it suits the injury.
Bracing and orthotics
Adding physical strength or manipulation in an effort to reduce pain and aid in rehabilitation. We can get you fitted on site for a proper brace or custom orthotics.
Additional therapies
Vestibular rehabilitation for balance problems, dizziness and vertigo, and shockwave therapy. Pool therapy and pelvic floor are coming soon.
Getting started
Getting started is the easy part.
No referral needed
A script or a doctor's referral is not required to access our services. Your private insurer may want one for reimbursement, so it is worth asking them first.
Book an appointmentDirect billing to most insurers
We direct bill most major insurance providers. Bring your insurance information to your first visit and the front desk takes it from there.
Check your coverageWCB and motor vehicle claims
We treat Workers Compensation Board of Nova Scotia and Motor Vehicle Act related conditions, including whiplash, and direct bill those claims too.
Book an assessmentOpen from 7am, and until 7pm
The Park Lane clinic runs 7am to 7pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 5pm on Friday, so an appointment can sit either side of a work day.

A few of the 143 reviews, in the patients' own words.
I had an initial assessment with Greg Nason today. He listened attentively to my issues and concerns. After doing a thorough assessment, I was provided with exercises that he observed me doing so I could feel confident when I left the clinic. He was a great communicator.
Leigh is very attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly! She has helped me through a difficult time of recovery after surgery. I highly recommend Leigh!
Daniella has an incredible knowledge base to diagnose and craft the right treatment. She is attentive and offers fantastic support for patients to build back strength and function and foster empowerment and independence. Practical and non-judgemental, caring and compassionate.
